1. We need to be in the state of allowing in order things to come into our lives and in to our business.
   Journal prompt: Where am I not allowing what I want to come in?
2. Calibrate yourself to who you are, at your core, and not to what others say you are or expect / need you to be.
   Journal prompt: Am I calibrated to who I truly am and what I want or am I calibrated to what other say or expect of me?
3. Negative emotion has no relation to your worthiness.
   Journal prompt: What other negative emotions am I carrying at the moment and what are they pointing me to instead?
