Today we are releasing one of the deepest and most impactful episodes on the podcast. This year, 2024, has lead to some of my biggest lessons, growth in this life but that happened because of the deepest levels of pain and overwhelm I have ever felt.

Some of those events were things like getting hit by car while riding my bike, moving states (again), legal issues, accidents, death and more….Although I have a hard boundary and don't/won't dive into the specifics of the things that happened to me this year I wanted to share the gift of the lessons I learned. I also brought on an amazing co-host to help me navigate this conversion and bring my lessons to deeper levels. You'll have to listen to see who it is!
