I’d always been a 1:1 coaching girl and never baulked at investing in coaching, purely because I know—I do better with it.

I move faster, I know I always want the shortcut and in a world where everything is either time or money—if you know me—you know that my time is PRECIOUS—so I’ll invest money to save time.

Moreso though—I actually get major anxiety when I’m operating (regardless of whether it’s a good season or bad) in a silo. I need that deeper interaction and I also want to be strategizing, riffing and getting feedback from someone more advanced than me.

And because I was never scared of investing, I always wanted the best and to me that always meant looking to work with coaches in a 1:1 capacity—which is always what I did.
