In this episode, I'm sharing what my intentions are this winter and the feelings I want to create in this season. I shared what I was doing for the fall a few episodes ago so now I'm on to the next season. Seasonal intention setting is a great way to build confidence as well as help us anticipate the season with some positive energy. (Which is much needed when the days are shorter and colder.)
