Step 1: Review Quarterly Goals

Ask yourself, where am I and where do I need to be? Review your metrics for production and take stock of your progress for projects you've outlined for this quarter.

Step 2: Choose 1-2 Tasks to Work on Those Goals

Identify small tasks you can do in an hour or less to get closer to accomplishing those quarterly goals. Write those down and set aside.

Step 3: Review the Week Ahead

Confirm or adjust appointments and make sure you have space in your calendar for the following items...

Step 4: Schedule Your Daily Musts

Prospecting time, follow up, social media posting, workouts, date night, fun outings with family, self care

Step 5: Add Space; Schedule Your 1-2 Tasks From Step 2

Schedule an hour here and there to do those tasks from Step 2 that will help you work ON the business to improve systems, experiences, learn new skills etc. Then, leave everything else open.
