There's no denying the craziness of life! Sometimes - putting that craziness to the side and showing up for your business can be tough. That's what I'm talking about in this episode, as I've found a few ways to show up for your work regardless of tough or distracting things going on in your personal life.
Through my own experiences and learning from those I coach and work with, I've realized that practicing that presence is an effective way to ensure you can show up for your business no matter what else is going on in the background of your life. This is a hard skill to develop, but SUCH a valuable one!
Here's exactly what we discuss:
I hope this episode not only helps you discover some tactics to be present for your work, but also reminds you that no matter what people's highlight reels look like, we all have our own stuff going on. It was well said in Boy Meets World - life's tough - you better get a helmet!
And finally, as always, stay safe, stay healthy, and stay #PrettyAwkward!
