We are at episode number 222 and what a significant number it is! The angel number of new beginnings! I’m so excited to share with you the new beginnings that are happening in my business and the upgrades I’m experiencing in my own life. 

For me, October was a month of focusing on bodywork so I share an update on how all that’s going and the beautiful things I’ve been experiencing. When November arrived, I felt a divine clarity on something I’ve been holding in my heart and preparing behind the scenes...my very own JOURNAL.
