After nearly 18 months of writing, editing, and filming, Philly is preparing to release her new series The Wellness Way Fasterclass - Your Natural Wellness Journal. This is taken from her book The Natural Wellness Journal where she spoke about all the different modalities and techniques that Philly used to heal from her near death medical procedure and years of grief and trauma. In this episode Philly talks you through what to expect from her Fasterclass and at the end there’s a special segment from her Fasterclass on grounding.
