Sat down with a very knowledgeable and long time friend to talk about training.  We also go over Steroids, PEDs, Cycles, Fatloss, Weight gain, and body building.  A lot of this info is new to me and I wanted to chat with someone smarter and more experienced in that area than myself.  This isn't a should or shouldn't do but simply sharing information a lot of people don't talk about.

Is one of themes knowledgeable and savage dudes in strength training today.  He has started manufacturing his own barbells and equipment.  He is the master mind behind Kabuki Strength.  Chris also recently set out on some of the most brutally challenging lifting goals ever.  Squatting 880 every day for a month then later went on to pull 800lbs for 17 days in a row.

Dustin Klein is an artist creator working in the PNW.  He is an avid cyclist, tattoo artist, youtuber, and graphic artist.  Weather painting, tattooing, or custom designing gear for Chrome he is making it all happen.  I got a chance to sit and chat with him while he tattooed me and my wife.
