In this conversation with chat with Ella Pike the “Breath Boss”. Ella is co-founder of the Breath Haus a space for Breath Work and Meditation located in both Melbourne and Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. 

Ella shares her journey from a chaotic and insecure past into becoming the breathwork facilitator she is today. She share the importance of breathwork and how it can support us, emphasizing the challenges of embracing stillness and vulnerability we have as humans but particularly as single parents. In this conversation we chat with Christine Kelly, a single mother of four who shares her experiences of raising her kids alone over 30 years ago.
