Just like everything that we say that we want from others, we’d do well to check in with ourselves to see if we bring this to the table. With regards to commitment, I speak about checking in with ourselves to see what our level of commitment is in our lives as a whole. Walking the walk and not just talking the talk is a huge part of living life with integrity, in alignment with your values.I also speak about marketing and how so much of it is based on manipulation and dark psychology.
