So excited to have Dr. Shannon Curry on the show this week y'all. Dr. Shannon Curry is a clinical and forensic psychologist, licensed in both California and Hawaii. She owns the Curry Psychology Group, a leading multi-specialty counseling center in Orange County, CA, and has 15 years of experience conducting research, therapy, and psychological evaluations pertaining to trauma, violence, and relationships. You may be familiar with Dr. Curry via her work as an expert witness during the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard trial that gained international attention. 

During this episode Dr. Curry and I focus on her own personal story and how she got into studying and working as a professional psychologist and her own experience with depression.
