Ultimately, there are too many large variables and wavering nuances to weigh. This is why we have experts in the field to help us through it. 

Motivation and discipline are pieces to the pie when it comes to achieving your greatest health and fitness but they aren't the magic sauce that you should spend all of your waking hours seeking. A 10 minute cold shower or meditating for 30 mins at 5 am isn't going to get you what you're looking for. But you know what's a good place to start: giving a sh!t: holding yourself accountable to your promises you make yourself, the goals you set and making your health a priority.
