Originally hailing from a quiet town in Pennsylvania, she found her way to Nashville in 2014, dreaming of a career in music. Little did she know, she'd end up becoming a source of inspiration for millions. Her journey into the world of fitness began in 2015 when she joined a kickboxing gym. Fast forward to 2021, and she has not only become a professional CrossFit athlete but a living testament to the incredible power of intentionality and consistency in reshaping one's destiny. Her path is a shining example of resilience and the boundless potential that lies within us all. She's just a juggernaut in all facets of life and a terrific human being.
