Oona Metz, LICSW, CGP, AGPA Fellow, is a psychotherapist, writer, and speaker for more than 30 years. She’s on a mission to help women navigate the emotional journey of divorce. She writes about divorce, parenting and group therapy and her book, Unhitched: Thriving Before, During and After Divorce, published by Simon and Schuster will be out in January, 2026.  Oona has treated hundreds of women who are navigating the emotional journey of divorce.
