He completed his premedical studies at Columbia University in New York then graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. After returning to UCSF Fresno, he has worked in primary care for over 7 years at his two offices with his major interests in nutrition, exercise, and Global health. Dr. Bautista specializes in Men’s Health and also offers regenerative medicine, TRT, peptide therapy, nutrition, ED, IV therapy, and varicose vein therapy. He is most proud of is his work through the Bautista Foundation.  This foundation gives scholarships to students interested in health, law, agriculture, visual and performing arts, and community service. The most recent scholarship is the “Unfinished Business” scholarship designed for students who return to school after their athletic careers.

Today’s guest is Darrina Bledsoe, M.A., L.A.C., N.T.F.-C.B.T.  Darrina is a local of Arizona and has family roots in Spain. She played basketball as a point guard for Simpson College and competed in the National Collegiate Athletics Association. She continued her academic career at the University of Northern Iowa where she earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology.   She returned to Arizona, her home state, where she practices counseling for clients suffering from various psychiatric disorders. She is a National Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapist and EAGALA Certified. She specializes working with Spanish-speaking populations.   

Her coaching is a mixture of education regarding mental health, wellness, while focusing on performance mindset. Her career in coaching began working with behavioral health providers seeking a resilient mindset and has expanded to working with athletes and people in leadership. Darrina is a business owner, entrepreneur, mindset coach, behavioral health professional, motivational speaker, author, and former athlete.
