October 19#155 - Release the Pressure, There's a New Way to Create Everything You're Here For
You can feel the magnitude of what you're here to create. The vision is alive within you. And yet, somewhere along the way, the excitement of bringing it to life can become tangled with the pressure to become more, do more, or figure out how to get there.
But what if this very moment is sacred? What if the pressure to make something happen is an invitation into an entirely new way of seeing yourself, your vision, and the journey of bringing it to life…
If you are at this moment in your journey. This episode is for you.
Inside this transmission:
Bella opens with a channeled message that reframes what it truly means to bring your unique genius into the world.
A new way of understanding the relationship between who you are and what you're here to create.
A powerful metaphor that shifts how you see your path, your gifts, and the opportunities unfolding around you.
Nikki shares a realization that could completely change how you relate to where you are in your journey right now.
An invitation to release the pressure of the timeline and discover a different way of experiencing the creation of your vision.

For the visionaries, creators, and conduits who can feel themselves at this threshold, Nikki and Bella invite you into a conversation that may change not only how you bring your vision to life, but how you experience yourself along the way.

October 05 #154 - The Divine Technology of YOUR HEART + What Happens When You AWAKEN it
There’s something sitting in your own chest that Nikki & Bella describe as divine technology. Learning to connect with it has changed how they live, create, run OOOM + serve their mission.
In this episode, Nikki & Bella dive into heart coherence and the 4 things that become available when you begin living from the heart: your heart’s desires, intuition + guidance, genius activation, and service. They explore the heart as a “soul highway,” opening you to the inspiration, intelligence + gifts that want to move through you.
Through their own experiences of returning to the heart, Nikki & Bella share how their relationship with business and mission shifted from pushing uphill to flowing with the stream. We get into quieting the internal static, creating from love rather than fear, and allowing your unique gifts to become an answer to something someone else is asking for.
For the visionaries, creators + mission-led beings who can feel that something wants to be birthed through them, this episode is an invitation to make heart coherence the foundation. Before creating, before strategizing, before trying to figure it all out.

September 07 #152 - How Alex Tanase is Remembering Her Mission by Taking Massive Leaps into the Unknown
What happens when you stop needing to know where the path is leading — and start trusting the next thing your soul is asking you to do?
In this episode, we sit down with one our most OG ooomies + now OOOM team member, Alex, whose journey is a living embodiment of what becomes possible when you trust the unknown.
From ending a seven-year relationship to taking a solo trip to Hawaii, following her love of dance, discovering her gifts in somatics + saying yes to the sparks she couldn’t always explain — Alex began building a life she never could have planned from her mind.
But this conversation isn’t just about what happens after the leap.
We go into the messy middle: the death before the rebirth, the fear that surfaces when your external reality hasn’t caught up yet, and how to keep trusting yourself when you have no proof of what’s waiting on the other side.
We explore intuition vs. fear, following what makes you feel alive, moving from the mind into the body + how your mission can reveal itself one aligned choice at a time.
Alex’s story is a reminder that you don’t need to see the whole path to begin.
Sometimes your only job is to follow the next spark — and let it show you just how magical your life can become.

August 24 #151 - 3 Things That Happen When You Make Business an Expression of Your Soul
Just like any arena in life, business gets to be expansive and a space for your soul to express. Nikki & Bella lay out the 3 pillars of their business philosophy and how it has allowed them to experience soul expansion while serving their unique purpose.
Rather than looking at business as something you have to master through the right strategies, formulas, or rules, we explore what happens when you begin relating to it as a spiritual practice, creative canvas, and playground for deeper self-trust.
For anyone feeling the call to create a business or life from the soul, this episode will subscribe you to a reality where it really does get to be THAT good! Your soul gets to lead, you get to feel freedom, and business becomes a mirror of who you really are.

July 27#149 - What it means to be in service to humanity + claiming your sacred role
In this episode, Bella and Nikki dive deep into one of the most electrifying conversations they've had yet — what it truly means to be in service to humanity. This isn't about hustle, strategy, or having the perfect business plan. It's about something far more profound: recognizing yourself as a conduit for a stream of consciousness that is already moving through you, waiting to be received.
Whether you're building a business, planting a garden with your kids, or knitting a sweater — if your heart is open and you're devoted to something, you are being of service. And this episode will help you feel exactly why that matters.
In This Episode
What it really means to be "in service to humanity" — and why it doesn't have to look like standing on a soapbox
The energetic mechanics of receiving ideas as answered prayers — and how to recognize when a pulse you're sending out is being picked up by a creator, a brand, or a stranger on the street
The concept of being "one of oneness" — you're not just one-of-a-kind, you play an essential role in the harmony of the whole
Why trust has been the single most impactful ingredient in Bella and Nikki's business success — and the blob metaphor that makes it click
How devotion as a practice — whether through entrepreneurship, family, or spiritual study — carries the same underlying code of love
What it feels like when your creative capacity expands beyond what your old self thought was possible
A special milestone: celebrating 3 years of the Out of Our Minds Podcast 🎉

June 29 #147 - One Day You'll Be So Glad You Trusted the Process...
There are moments in life when you look around and realize you're standing inside a reality you once could only imagine.
In this deeply personal solo episode, Nikki shares from one of those moments. Recorded just days before moving to Portugal and immediately after celebrating Bella's wedding, this conversation is a reflection on the seven-year journey of building a life from the inside out.
From leaving Los Angeles and committing to stillness in Arizona, to creating OOOM, The Portal, and the community that now feels like family, Nikki explores what it actually looks like to trust a vision before there's evidence it's coming true. This episode is an invitation to slow down, honor the "in-between," and remember that your dream isn't something you force into existence—it unfolds as you become the person capable of living it.
If you're in a season where the next chapter hasn't fully arrived yet, this conversation is for you.

OOOM is the awakening of a global frequency. A remembrance field for mission-led beings who came here to create the new world through their gifts, their voice, their art, and who they BE. Every episode inside this world is a transmission engineered to disrupt old paradigms, dissolve subconscious limitations, and reconnect you with the inner guidance system that has been calling you forward since the beginning. This is where shadows alchemize into genius, where intuition becomes louder than logic, where dormant gifts switch back online, and where you stop playing by the 3D rulebook that doesn't match the soul-aligned reality field you are building.
