Unlock Your Brain to Stop Overeating by attending our upcoming FREE LIVE VIRTUAL EVENT for Women who have a history of all-or-nothing eating and want to Discover THE Science-Based Secret No One is Talking About, But Every Woman Who Wants to Lose Weight for Good Needs to Start Today ==> REGISTER NOW

In this inspiring episode, we welcome Abi back to the show. Abi is 29 and lives in the UK, and previously joined me on the podcast in April 2021, nearly four years ago after graduating from my psychology-based program, Outsmart Overeating.

Growing up, Abi spent her entire life trapped in a cycle of dieting, constantly battling a chaotic relationship with food and her body. But everything changed on the day she searching for an outfit to wear to a celebratory dinner with her boyfriend, and nothing fit.

Despite her frustration, this was a pivotal moment in her transformation. It's the day that led her to lasting weight loss success.

Now, four years post-program, Abi returns to share an update on her incredible journey.

She's no longer haunted by the fear of losing control around food, rarely thinks about meals outside of eating them, and radiates a newfound confidence — boldly rocking a bikini for the first time without a shred of self-consciousness.

For Abi, there was a time when these victories once felt impossible. Like most dieters, she spent her entire life stuck in a relentless loop, obsessively weighing herself five to six times a day.

Today? She doesn't even own a scale.

Tune in to hear how the tools, strategies, and guidance Abi learned in the program released her from the maddening grip of chronic dieting and has empowered with the psychological shifts to live a life where she's in-control, instead of her diet controlling her.

This episode is a must-listen for anyone who's ever felt stuck and hopeless while dieting — Abi's update proves that lasting change is possible.

  • EPISODE 54: How to Stick to Your Diet When You Don't Feel Like It

Have you ever noticed how everyone in the diet industry sounds the same? Everyone wants you to eat more vegetables, get more sleep, drink more water, and exercise more.

I don't disagree with this advice, but here's the problem – it's surface level advice. It's what the frustrated 95% of yo-yo dieters are doing and why they may be feeling defeated.

    This is why they're stuck!

You're trying to make change from the action piece of your lives, but it simply doesn't work and the diet industry is incredibly good at manipulating you into thinking it does by repackaging the same things over and over again.

On today's episode, I reveal what does work for lifelong, permanent weight loss. No foods off limits. No calorie counting. No boring cardio. And after working with over 2500 women in the past 20 years, this has been tested and proven. You're not going to want to miss it!

  • EPISODE 53: Rewriting Your Identity for Lifelong Weight Loss
Today, I'm sharing a mind-blowing idea that changed how I tackle goals — like losing weight for good. When I was struggling to lose weight, I'd always focus on outcomes, like dropping pounds on the scale, but I really struggled with consistency. I've since learned that one of the most powerful tools you can have in your lifelong weight loss toolbox is changing your identity. In other words, I had to take an inside-out approach by thinking of myself differently. I had to think and eat like a 'naturally thin' person by focusing on who I'm becoming, not what I'm doing. In today's episode, I break down the three different layers to this process. The deepest one — identity — is where your permanent weight loss happens. Instead of 'I want to lose weight,' I wanted to become the kind of person who didn't use food as an emotional crutch on a hard day. Every small step, like eating well, proves it to me. Tiny actions, like waiting until I'm hungry to eat, helped me rewrite how I see myself. It wasn't an instant change, obviously, but I was able to be consistent. I decided who I wanted to be and practiced mirroring that behavior daily. Want to learn how to THINK and EAT like a 'naturally thin' person? It's about adopting their inner psychology and eating habits, not just hitting a number in My Fitness Pal. Check out this episode for the full scoop — I can't wait to tell you about this life-changing strategy!

We explore a thought-provoking Reddit post from a woman who has recently lost and regained 80 pounds, realizing that the key to lasting success isn't found in quick fixes or temporary diets.

  • EPISODE 51: The Permissive Thoughts That Run Through Your Head Right Before You Overeat

At 25, we reach physical maturity, but emotional and psychological maturity often comes much later — if it happens at all. By then, our minds are filled with beliefs, perspectives, and rules from others: parents, teachers, media, society.

These ideas, many of them not our own, often shape our lives without us even realizing it. We've internalized everything from diet advice to life expectations, but most of it is subconscious and not even true.

By age 30, we may start to see this mental clutter, but letting go of these deeply embedded ideas is like cleaning out a hoarder's house.

Emotional attachments to these beliefs make it hard to separate from them.

Yet, without clearing out the mental junk, we'll never truly think for ourselves, never truly know who we are.

In this episode, we'll dive into the process of decluttering your mind—learning to examine your thoughts and beliefs, keeping only what serves you, and freeing yourself from the unnecessary baggage holding you back.
