You guys LOVED the last episode I did on outsourcing, so I thought that because there have been changes to my team since, now would be a good time to revisit this topic with an update as well.

I know outsourcing work can be daunting, and something we try to avoid as business owners. But trust me when I say, when you get the right people in your team, it only means good things for your business.

You all know I've got my OG, day 1 Girlie, Fleur and then Hannah (who's been with me for over a year now), but as I've been growing my business and changing my focus, I've brought some new players into the game.
