I'll also break down myths around attachment style so that you can ensure that there isn't an unnecessary belief holding you back from healing.

You'll learn how attachment styles are formed and how and where they affect our relationships and relating dynamics.

I share why the Anxious - Avoidant loop happens (from both sides).

And finally I break down the typical tendencies of anxious attachers and provide direction on how to navigate the fears.
