This week on the podcast I got to chat with Paul Gillingham. Affectionately known as "Mr HYROX" or, more recently, "Poptart Paul" (from his love for a prerace Poptart), Paul is the coach who works with our clients to prepare them for a HYROX. We speak shortly after the biggest ever HYROX event (at the time of recording) in London in May 2023 where Paul was part of the incredible team who broke the Mixed Relay World Record.  We chat about that, his background, we review the London event, and also answer some of the listeners questions that have come in.  Enjoy!
