Our kids are more and more sedentary. They are getting fatter and out of shape and sicker and the consequences are dire, as their brains grow and function out of the health of their bodies. Schools are doing away with physical education and activity and us parents aren’t fostering play and activity and are letting the kids sit still on screens all day.
