Peter Anderton is the founder of Internal Alignment, a  company that helps businesses create levels of alignment that they’ve never experienced before. Peter is also well-known for his TED Talk “Great Leadership comes down to only 2 rules’” which has been viewed over 1.4 million times.

Peter shared some great insights in this episode about how to lead a high-performing team and what the steps are to achieving this. He also spoke a lot on how leadership needs to be viewed. He believes that there is no perfect leader.
