SHRM’s Tony Lee is joined by Peter Weddle, an author and speaker on employment and success at work. Peter is the CEO of TAtech.org, which is the association of technology providers for the talent acquisition industry. He is the author of a range of books on employment and has been a columnist for The Wall Street Journal, National Business Employment Weekly and CNN.com Tony and Peter discuss the movement to hold companies more accountable with regards to how they treat their employees, customers and communities. Likewise, employees are expecting more of their companies than just profitability, and it’s impacting whether employees stay or go.
