After 23 years of serving as an U.S. Army Airborne Ranger (retired), Phillip Riddick is fearless in his approach to cooking, ready to take on anything that sounds like a challenge.  That includes barbecue, among others.  Phil Riddick hosts the YouTube Channel “Daddy Cooks” where he shares his culinary adventures with all.  He demonstrates why he is such a popular guest on BBQ podcasts everywhere.  Also on the show, the introduction of the latest Sauce of the Month, BRAVO BRAVO QUE, that has dedicated 100% of its proceeds to benefitting the Veterans Community Project.  The VCP grants housing to homeless vets and helps them get back on their feet and it is an honor to talk with them.
