In today’s episode, I sat down with Executive Chef and Hell’s Kitchen contestant Nikki Hanna! As someone that’s a fan of the show, Nikki’s journey, in particular, stood out to me because of how well she was able to handle the stress and pressure as the competition progressed.
We dive DEEP into it all: mental health, the importance of speaking up for yourself in the workplace, and even normalizing a career switch in order to follow your passion!
Nikki opens up about her journey to becoming a chef, how her experience on Hell’s Kitchen served as a valuable growth experience, and the mental endurance necessary in succeeding in a cutthroat environment. She’s doing amazing things and spreading such an important message about normalizing mental health as a priority.
