Today we have Coach Maji joining us! In this episode, we are going to dive more deeply into Maji's fitness journey, but if you missed her spotlight, you can find that linked below.
Each coach on Team PD comes from such a different fitness background and that helps us better serve our clients. Coach Maji grew up around fitness, having an older brother as a personal trainer and a twin brother who was into lifting. Her personal introduction to weightlifting began in high school during a weightlifting class.
A large part of Maji's story has been that health and fitness has always been a non-negotiable for her, even throughout her two pregnancies. She has continued to prioritize fitness because it makes her feel good.
Listen in as Maji and Sue talk through her fitness journey and why she chooses to take care of her wellness today.
