The more we are in touch with our inner opposite, the more we can anchor our polarity with a partner. For men, if the feminine is alive within, he can better anchor his presence. The more present a woman is, the stronger she will sit in her feminine power.

Cultivating the polarities is essential. If we can't relate to our own inner opposite, we can’t expect to relate to our partner (whatever their gender is).

Alignment with our inner opposite also supports our interdependency with our partners rather than codependency… When we have done our inner work and we are in our full polarity with a partner, life becomes a dance of complementary opposites, where the feminine worships the masculine, trusting in his vision, and the masculine worships the feminine by providing her safety and his full, present attention.
