  The Power of Character Strengths

The idea of strengths-based leadership is not new to you, right? You’ve likely been taught that you should focus on your strengths, and lead that way with your team members. We’ve talked about strengths from multiple angles, but today I want to share yet another.

Ruth Pearce is a friend--someone I dearly respect as a colleague. She’s a strong advocate not only for strengths in general, but specifically with character strengths, and how they apply to those of us who lead people and teams. Beyond all that, she’s just a wonderful person.

In this episode, you’ll hear Ruth talk about her book Be a Project Motivator. Learn more about Ruth at projectmotivator.com/. Take the free Character Strengths Assessment at https://www.viacharacter.org/survey/account/register
