In today's episode I’m chatting to Laura Callea also known as Physio Laura, a women's health physiotherapist the owner and founder of the Pregnancy Posse.

I asked Laura to come on the podcast and chat to me about some of the sides of pregnancy and postpartum that aren’t talked about - like changes to sex and sensation and pelvic floor weakness. This episode is full of lot’s of practical advice on postpartum recovery, what to do if you are experiencing incontinence or weakness of pelvic floor muscles and tips for intimacy post babies.

Our bodies do so much for us, and our little ones and I hope that this episode helps you to remember that looking after our physical bodies is a much needed act of self care and a way of looking after your future self.
