A major concern for many investors now comes from how changes to legislation are affecting their ability to purchase property. While bank lending requirements are certainly tougher, that doesn't mean there aren't any alternatives at hand.
Today, Debbie speaks with Linda Eagleton of MiTeam Mortgages and Insurance to broaden your perspective when it comes to buying a rental property when you have less than 40% deposit.

It's not as bleak as the media reports it to be. Housing policy changes have made it clear that first home buyers are a priority in the property market. But of course, even with the government aiming to "tilt the balance" in favour of first-timers, getting a 20% deposit is still a challenge for many.
Join Debbie Roberts of Property Apprentice and Linda Eagleton of MiTeam Mortgages and Insurance as they discuss how to get lending as a first home buyer if you can't meet the 20% deposit requirement. It's definitely not impossible.
In our next episode, we will be addressing how to get lending for investors who do not have a 40% deposit. Stay tuned and subscribe!

Our title is a quote by Sean Patrick Flannery which has become one of many staple elements in motivational social media content, retail products and team building materials. At the core of this message is a reminder that life will never ever easily hand us what we want unless we work for it today, tomorrow and the next.
In this episode, Paul talks about the dangers of being too comfortable with not making changes to your personal growth and long-term plans. Being a seasoned investor and coach, he lets you in on the secrets to overcome fears of inadequacy, abrupt changes in the market and negative self-talk.

We've all heard of the success stories of investors fo first home buyers who have managed to score a good deal in the property market in the last few months. While it is inspiring to know that luck is still on the side of those who act today, we should never buy carelessly just to quell the "Fear of Missing Out".
In this episode Debbie puts your F.O.M.O into perspective when it comes to purchasing property and why "missing the boat" at the moment gives you equally good chances in the future.
