• Don't try to buy property in the room at property auctions. Sometimes there are bargains to be had, but auctions are often overcrowded, and you'll end up paying more for a property than you would if the sale was conducted outside.
• A seller usually has a problem that they need solving. If we help enough people to get what they want, you'll get what you want.
