Loopable Binaural Beats
I've created loopable tracks for all of the Solfeggio frequencies and uploaded them to Spotify, using the same artist name as this podcast - "puretones". I would greatly appreciate if you would consider listening to these tracks there instead. Here's a link to the album. All tracks are 5 minutes but should loop seemlessly for endless playback if you set spotify to repeat a single track. If there are any issues looping due to your device buffering content, try setting a crossfade of 1 sec in your settings.

These tones need to be heard by the brain separately in each ear, so headphones are required. The frequencies help your brainwaves synchronize best when the volume of the tones are just audible - like background noise.
Tips:
Binaural beats work to slowly alter your brainwaves to the desired frequency, so the effect they have will most likely not be recognized immediately. Instead, try listening while you're lying in bed for several nights before deciding if they work for you or not. Creating new habits isn't something that can be done overnight!
