It's easy to say that you want diversity in business, but it's much harder to put it into actual practice, so I know this open and honest conversation with Aleise will be instrumental in helping guide your way.

It's not enough to say you have a diverse business, that you support diversity or that you have some Black or non-White students. Instead, you have to intentionally work to create a business that represents diversity...and that means building authentic relationships with people of all backgrounds and colors, being aware of your wording and so much more!
