When his day is not filled with work in his various businesses he is working to achieve educational equity with STAND for Children and mentoring youth. 

Deborah Threadgill Egerton, Ph.D. is an internationally respected speaker, psychotherapist, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant and coach. She is often described as an unforgettable thought-leader and authentic inspirational spiritual teacher. She has been influential in activating individuals around the world to stand up against racism and all forms of bias and bigotry.  Dr. Egerton is the Founder and President of Trinity Transition Consultants and retains an impressive roster of clients.  She facilitates career growth and personal development with individuals and organizations by focusing her efforts on respecting the uniqueness of every individual and honoring the humanity in us all. Dr. Egerton is an IEA certified Enneagram practitioner and utilizes this personality archetype for introspective self-discovery. Deborah is a Board member of the International Enneagram Association, (IEA). Her work and teaching around the world with the Enneagram facilitates the inner work required for her clients to get “unstuck” and move out of self-defeating negative behavioral patterns. Deborah has taken her work as a social justice advocate to a new level by designing a unique Diversity Equity and Inclusion certification course for consultants, OD and diversity professionals Enneagram teachers, coaches and practitioners.
