Platefit is a boutique exercise company that provides classes designed around the use of Power Plates. The plates, originally developed to help Russian cosmonauts recover after spending time in zero gravity, vibrate to increase muscle contractions during workouts.

Rachael and Yuval met while teaching exercise classes at the same gym, eventually becoming business partners -- and life partners, too. Today, they are married and co-own three stores. They talked to us about expanding their business and about the value of investing in public relations.
