Welcome back to the IGNITE Your Dream Podcast.
Today's episode is an extra special one- my best friend + soul sister Rachel Camfield is back on the pod to share all about the healing journey that led her to create her newest work of art, The CPTSD Journal.
Rach is a writer, speaker, coach, and author. Her professional work focuses on the leadership path and helping entrepreneurs grow brands and lives that feel like home to them. She cheers for creatives' beautiful, courageous living and has over 13 years of experience in sales, coaching, marketing, writing, and speaking, as well as seven figures in career sales. She has spent 20 years on her healing journey and lives with her family outside of Richmond, Virginia.
We dive deep in this episode (as we do) on Rachel's own journey through CPTSD, what it has opened for her, and how she first created her journal as a healing modality for herself before she ever realized how impactful it would become for others. This conversation is rich with wisdom and intention and I can't wait for you to listen and see what it uncovers in you.
