This week on the show Alyssa and Haley catch up with veteran pro triathlete Laurel Wassner. The three kick off the show with their reaction to the men’s and women’s Olympic Triathlon races, and Laurel talks about her unique tie to one of the men on the US Triathlon team.

Laurel began her career as a professional triathlete in 2008, and has raced all distances from sprint to Ironman. She talks about the changes that she has seen in the sport throughout her career, specifically those that have affected the female pro field the most.

Outside of her own athletic endeavours, Laurel is also a professional photographer and a coach with Team Wilpers, a Peloton training group. She gives us her best photo tips for Instagram, and also chats about how triathletes can integrate Peloton indoor workouts in to a triathlon training plan
