Learn with me about Reiki!!  A new energy healing modality

I have done a few treatments, and it's crazy  how much better I feel after. The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. -- > The point is to get stuck energy in the body flowing again.

 

Stuck energy can cause a MULTITIUDE of problems.  By moving it through, we can increase our health tremendously- mental and physical.

How do we become the best version of ourselves???

I ask myself this question often.

This is a SUPER VULNERABLE episode for me (don't mind the recording quality) - I was in THE ZONE - thinking about my current struggle with beating myswelf up for losing one of the best versions of myself.

 

The only way is up, RIGHT??
