Others teach that Satan is the ruler of this world and we should have a higher standard than that of the so-called "world" for ourselves. But what is it really to live in this world? How is it that we came to split ourselves off from it as if it had only an evil or negative pull against our efforts to attain heaven or a higher self? What is real? And what is illusion?
