I’ve been talking a lot lately about making a million dollars in flow and this is a topic I’m going to keep talking about all year long! Because, despite what some people may think, you CAN make so much money in flow and you don’t have to be stressed out, spread thin and depleted of all your energy while you’re doing it. 

Today I’m talking about reclaiming your time so that you can energetically hit the refresh button and start living a more happy and fulfilling life as an entrepreneur. Building your purpose work in this world is meant to be fun! In this episode, I continue to share the beginnings of my business journey and how I navigated a time when my energy had plateaued and I’d cornered myself into a business that had zero time freedom. 

I talk about a time when I was constantly busy doing all the things in my business, leaving no time or energy for clarity, focused productivity, creativity, and giving back to my kids. I struggled to set boundaries, I was spreading myself thin and the cognitive load left me feeling drained of all my energy. This is when I realised the importance of following the magic of flow. 

When I started doing what required the least amount of effort, that’s when I discovered more flow. In this episode I share a really practical exercise I did to help me reclaim my time and understand where my energy needed to focus. Doing this immediately helped me see how I could create the space and energy I needed to scale my business to seven figures with absolute ease. 

If you’re feeling stuck, your energy is depleted, you’re doing things that you no longer want to do in your business, always come back to your vision and your dream. Your vision might change over time, and that’s okay. It’s about learning to flow with what feels GOOD.
