Recovering from a break up can be so hard and difficult. That's why I have brought on Lauren Mathues on the podcast this week to explain why it is so hard and what you can do to move forward in a healthy, authentic way.

Lauren Mathues is a dating and relationship coach who helps her clients find their forever date. Lauren was single longer than she wanted to be, and she found that when she got clear on her goals and values, her behaviors followed, and she was in a mental and emotional place to welcome her forever date into her life. Now she coaches others to do the same. Through a
values-based approach to dating, Lauren helps clients identify the things that are most
important to them and teaches them how to use that to inform who they date and how. 

From a place of confidence and curiosity, she coaches people in how to date with an open hand. Lauren provides one-on-one coaching, and hosts a group learning experience called Dating Goals Bootcamp.
