If there's one thing in common with most ineffective landscaping job ads right now, it's demanding that everyone has at least three years of experience doing landscaping. But what if you accepted applicants who had no landscaping experience for a paid internship, could it work? In today’s podcast episode, I sat down with Monique Allen, who runs the Garden Continuum, a landscaping company out in Massachusetts, who also wrote the book, Stop Landscaping, Start Life-Scaping.
