This is delivered online and in person if you're in Brisbane. All levels. All fitness. All skills. I will design a physical program for you and a mental strategy that we will employ on weekly accountability talks via zoom.

BRO CAMP  - 11-17yo Boys 

Our next Bro Camp Foundations event is on this January (15th - 17th). This is an inspirational program aimed to empower young men to ask better questions of themselves, to raise their standards, to believe in themselves and who they are so they can take their place in the world as young adults and our nations future. 

AELLA CAMP - 11-17yo Girls

Aella is the girls version of the popular Bro Camp. The goal is to empower, inspire, increase self-belief and self-confidence in our girls and young men. We do through Personal Development Sessions, Mindset Sessions, Fitness, Adventure Activities.
