Relationships are our biggest teachers, but if we cannot realise that our partners have something to teach us about our own relationship with ourselves, then we tend to fall into an unhealthy pattern of co-dependency. As our core wounds get dumped on each other, we experience unnecessary suffering with an endless love/hate cycle and push/pull dynamics. Such conflict and drama is NOT NECESSARY. There is another way of relating that comes from secure attachment where healthy communication, self-responsibility and a commitment to love, creates an opportunity for expansion, growth and deepening of intimacy in the relationship.
In this episode, discover:
—The difference between a love-addict and a love-avoider
—How to use communication as a tool to expand in love, rather than to create separation
—How to identify where your core wounds are manifesting outer conflict through projection and/or deflection
—How to take full responsibility for your experience and ask for what you need int he relationship
—How to move from co-dependency to secure attachment
