In this meditation, we’ll be engaging the Sufi practice of remembrance also known as Dhikr.
This is a practice of opening a window to direct experience with God. By going into your own heart and repeating your own sacred word that represents the presence and essence of God - whether it’s Source, Allah, Yahweh, Jehovah, Love, Brahman, Elohim, Divine Creator, Abba - choose what you connect to on a heart and soul level.
What’s more important than the individual word is the desire and willingness to experience your divinity more profoundly. To have a direct and personal encounter with God within you and the source of All That Is.
