This year has had some amazing things come to fruition, but it was also hard in some ways. too. When you are the one in your family or circle breaking generational cycles, or if you are blooming into some life changes right now, it's easy for our minds to feel like it's always going to stay hard or that you will struggle forever. Choosing peace as I'm talking about in this episode isn't about bypassing your feelings or pretending that everything is cool. Instead it's deciding that you are doing the best you can and that it is ok to lay claim to peace instead of chaos.
