This week’s Story From The Sole comes from Chenoa McDonnell. Chenoa is proof that it’s never too late to put your feet first, no matter how crippling your pain may be. Just walking used to leave Chenoa in agony but with the right tools and a play-based approach to her rehab she has made huge strides towards foot freedom. I was truely truely inspired when Chenoa first shared her story with us and I hope you will be too!

We’re back with another Story From The Sole. This week I chat to Josh Slater, a landscaper and father-of-two who’s been on an incredible barefoot journey. He first started getting foot pain as a teenager which lead to debilitating back and lower body issues for the next two decades. But after a chance connection lead him down a barefoot rabbit hole Josh is now pain-free and is now training to run shoe-free - a goal that would have seemed unimaginable just a couple of years ago.
