Riley shares why she deleted her Instagram under the social pressures and the disconnection to the present moment which matters most to her. 

 

She talks about her health struggles and complications that came from her back to back shows on her road to pro and how her body fought her through the process until she finally earned her pro card after deciding to persevere. 

 

Lastly, she shares what kept her motivated through the intense preps and how much believing in herself helped her through.
