In today's episode we sit down with Sam Logan of Complete Commando. Sam is a former Royal Marine Commando, he served 13 years in the military and completed a tour of Afghanistan.
Sam is a total gentleman and in todays ep, we sit down to talk initiation, how he was able to survive 11 months of training, his adjustment period after leaving and how hard he found it and much much more. This is one of our favourite episodes to date, and a real eye opener.
